LAMPHOLDERS AND INLINE SWITCHES

 

 

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

A part of commercial programme, aimed at improving and further extending the services already supplied to its trading partners, SCAME PARRE S.p.A has entenred into a collaborative agreement with VLM S.p.A. of Buccinasco (Milan -Italy). The objective of this understanding is the assembly and distribution of a range of lampholders, switches and in-line switches.

These products are already known in the market as the best currently available and they are being offered with an extremely favourable quality/price ratio.

Their technical characteristics are described in this section. The packaging has been designed to meet the needs of wholesale distributors. Service and delivery is of the usual high standard.

PRACTICAL ADVICE

Read and follow the instructions carefully.
All regulations in force governing electrical installations must be observed.


Light fittings

  • The cable ends entering the terminals of the lampholder should be carefully prepared to make sure that the requisite clearance between them is observed.
  • Tighten the screws of the terminals properly to avoid overheating, which might cause fire hazards or damage the cables.
  • Never leave the lampholder without the bulb, otherwise the live parts could become accessible.
  • Switch off the system before changing the bulb.
  • Inspect the lampholders regularly and replace them as soon as signs of wear and tear, breakage or burns appear.
