GENERAL DESCRIPTION

SCAME provide with this ISOLATORS Series a practical solution for switch-disconnctor inside an enclosure with a high degree of protection.

The versions 20A, 32A and 40A can be mounted in the same enclosure, which can be integrated into the SCAME ADVANCE System, and also the OMNIA System.

VERSIONS

The ISOLATORS are available in two versions:

• emergency or
• standard.

Each version is available with normal current ratings of 20A, 32A, 40A, 63A, 80A, 100A, 125A and 160A.

ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Switch-disconnectors suitable for:

• Emergency switching
• Controls of circuits
• Isolation of circuits

STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS

Engineering plastic version

• High impact, self-extinguishing thermoplastic material.
• Surface mounting from the inside with pass-through screws or from the rear.
• Draining holes on all sides.
• Protection degree: IP65.
• Cable entry: knock out.

Metal version

• Isolators series, metal version, is well suited to harsh environments due to the nature of the industry-heavy industry installations, machine installations, for industrial automation, for thermal, chemical and petrol chemical plant-even outside. Not suitable for particularly environments. For any inquiries concerning special applications, please contact SCAME technical service.
• Wall mounting die-cast alluminium enclosures.
• Painted with grey epoxy.
• Stainless steel screws for closing cover with flet screwdriver slot.
• Earthing terminal on the base.
• Fixing to wall by brackets incorporated in the enclosure base.
• Cable entry: threated.
